1. Do you believe this is a frivolous law suit? Why or why not?
I believe that it is a serious lawsuit because he is requesting money from the state when really he does not need it at all.
2, On another note, do you believe the men who toppled the rock should be charged with destruction of property? Why or Why not?
I believe that he should be charged with destruction of property because that rock and sat there for a long amount of time and that the charge would just be the cherry on top to filing disability papers which should not have even been considered!
