1.  Who has the right to decide if the 13 yr old has the tube or not?
     The family should have the right to decide if the 13 year old should have the tube or not.

 2.  How would you handle the situation? 
     I would like my family to be able to have the decision unless I told them ahead of time what I wanted to happen.
