Yes, it does violate our freedom of speech.

 should we allow our schools to have this much power over dress?
I don't think so, kids should have the right to wear anything they want.

 Does the attempt to prevent violence change your stance?
No, I think its good that they are trying to stop violence but not in this way.

IN THE SENATE OF THE UNITED STATES

Ms. Davis introduced the following bill; which was read once and referred to the Committee on February 11, 2014.



A BILL

To give people that have been laid off a chance to have Health Insurance but regulate it so people can not take advantage of it. This will ensure that hardworking individuals that got laid off without notice has the opportunity to get insurance for themselves and their families.
This ensures that the struggling families will have insurance up to six months after they are unemployed. This gives them time to search for remaining jobs that will help them get back up on their feet.
When and as soon as the workers get back on their feet they will have to drop the unemployment insurance. This insurance will solely provide a backbone for the families that so need this insurance.


            Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE

            Unemployment Insurance Act of 2013.




SEC.2. FINDINGS AND PURPOSES
            explain why this bill is needed
(a)  Findings – Everyone in America should have the right to Health Insurance. If a family was laid off financially and needed insurance they should have the right to have it.

(b)  Purposes – The purposes of this Act is to ensure that those hard working individuals that work hard and had been unfortunate to lose a job are eligible for insurance.

SEC. 3. PROVISIONS
            list parts of the bill (how exactly it will work)
            (a)  This insurance will pay for emergency services such as being in a vehicle accident,         emergency surgeries, undergoing health problems, etc.



(b) This insurance will pay for one half of dentist exams and procedures. It will also cover some of the cost for extras such as braces, wisdom teeth removal, etc.



            (c)The insurance will cover doctor visits and check-ups.This insurance will also cover half of the needed medicines for themselves and their family members.

            (d) This insurance will hope those people that got laid off. It ensures that the struggling families have insurance up to six months after they are unemployed.



             
SEC.4. APPROPRIATIONS
            give annual cost/authorization (how much will it cost each year)
            (a)  It will cost approximately 1 million dollars to fund and each business will be capable to fund these operations to the unemployed individuals.



            give funding source (where the money will come from)
            (b)  We will get this money by taxes larger businesses more and providing these said quilities to the unfortunate people that have unemployed.

1. Unemployment Insurance is issued to those people that are unemployed but no fault of their own.
2. The Benefits are based on your past employment and attached to the labor market rather than on your financial situation.
